Charlotte is a Principal, leading Allura Partner’s go-to-market and digital recruitment team. Charlotte collaborates with a diverse
range of organisations, including start-ups, digital agencies, large ASX listed and private equity-backed companies.

With over nine years of experience in recruitment, her extensive knowledge of the digital industry and market trends enables her to
effectively recruit for roles such as Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Senior/ Marketing Manager,
Marketing Executive. Additionally, she supports her clients in filling key positions such as Head of Product, Design Leadership and
User Experience Design roles.

With a passion for providing exceptional recruitment experiences, Charlotte focuses on finding the best possible fit for both clients
and candidates and takes pride in delivering a high level of care and attention throughout the recruitment process.

Interests:

In her personal life, Charlotte loves exploring the outdoors and recently completed the Three Capes Track in Tasmania, showcasing her determination and love for adventure. She also enjoys listening to country music and travelling, always seeking new experiences and inspiration. Charlotte is a foodie at heart, constantly on the lookout for the best restaurants Sydney has to offer, and loves sharing these experiences with her friends.
