With over ten years' experience in recruitment, Charlotte brings deep expertise in the GTM landscape and evolving market trends. She specialises in senior commercial and marketing appointments, including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Growth Officer, Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Head of Growth, and Head of Sales, as well as supporting clients with end-to-end team buildouts.

Interests:

In her personal life, Charlotte loves exploring the outdoors and recently completed the Three Capes Track in Tasmania, showcasing her determination and love for adventure. She also enjoys listening to country music and travelling, always seeking new experiences and inspiration. Charlotte is a foodie at heart, constantly on the lookout for the best restaurants Sydney has to offer, and loves sharing these experiences with her friends.
