About:

Damien is an experienced Principal Consultant at Allura Partners, specialising in the recruitment of high-calibre project delivery and transformation professionals across Australia. He partners with clients ranging from high-growth private equity portfolio companies to major ASX-listed organisations, helping them build the leadership and delivery capability required to execute complex change.

With a background in Business Analysis and as a certified Scrum Master, Damien brings a practical, hands-on understanding of how transformation programs operate. This enables him to look beyond job titles and CVs to identify people who deliver outcomes, build trust quickly, and create lasting impact.

With six years of recruitment experience, Damien has built a strong track record across Private Equity, Commerce & Industry, and Financial Services. He recruits across contract, interim, and permanent markets, covering roles including Project, Program, and Portfolio Management; PMO; Agile Delivery; Transformation Leadership; Change Management; and Process Excellence.

Interests:

Outside of work, Damien is passionate about being active, engaging in sport and community. He is an avid runner and has completed five marathons so far. Gaelic football plays a central role in his life having played it most his life at home in Ireland and here in Australia, he served as Chairperson of a local club in Sydney’s Eastern Suburb and is now coaches the women’s football team. He regularly attends WNOW – a men’s mental health movement which is something he values greatly.
