Allura Partners has successfully placed Adham Fakhra as Chief Financial Officer at Gro Clinics, Australia and New Zealand’s leading hair restoration provider, as the company continues to strengthen its leadership team.
Gro Clinics engaged Allura Partners to appoint its first CFO to enhance the company’s finance function and support its long-term growth strategy. The firm was selected based on its strong track record of supporting growth-focused organisations in building high-performing leadership teams, including the prior appointment of Runak Zaman in January 2025 to lead the Gro Group of companies.
The executive search was led by Dan Porter, Principal Consultant at Allura Partners, who partnered closely with Runak and Gro’s leadership team throughout the process.
With more than 15 years of finance leadership experience across a range of industries, Adham brings a strong combination of strategic thinking and operational capability
“Adham brings the right balance of strategic thinking and operational capability for Gro Clinics,” said Dan Porter. “His experience in capital raising, strengthening finance functions, and supporting multi-site operations will help ensure the business has the financial foundations in place to continue its growth trajectory.”
In his new role, Adham will work closely with Runak and the Board to drive financial strategy and strengthen internal capabilities as Gro Clinics continues to scale. Over the past decade, the business has grown from a single Sydney clinic to a national network of doctor-led clinics across Australia and New Zealand.
