Allura Partners Appoints Clare Bradshaw as Director of Finance & Operations

Allura Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Clare Bradshaw as Director of Finance & Operations, strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it continues to scale alongside its private equity and high-growth clients.

Clare brings deep experience partnering with private equity investors, boards and executive teams to build financially disciplined, operationally strong businesses that deliver growth and value creation. Most recently, she was Finance Director at Pollination, a climate change investment and advisory business backed by ANZ and Mizuho, where she worked closely with senior leadership on financial planning, performance management and driving operational improvements within the advisory business.

Clare has led the scaling and transaction of professional services businesses, having served as COO of Fiftyfive5, backed by Mercury Capital, an Australian mid-market private equity firm, during a period of strong growth, M&A, and the successful sale to Accenture. She earlier spent more than 15 years at EY, including as Oceania Finance & Operations Director for Strategy and Transactions, advising senior leaders on growth, performance, and execution.

In her role at Allura Partners, Clare will play a lead role in executing the firm’s five-year growth strategy, working closely with the leadership team to strengthen Allura Partners’ position as the leader in building high-impact leadership and delivery teams, particularly within private equity-backed and high-growth environments.

She will support the continued deepening of the firm’s reputation as a trusted talent partner across its focus sectors and geographies, while also helping to design and embed a scalable, repeatable operating model to enable expansion into new markets.

This includes supporting the firm’s next phase of geographic growth, with a Brisbane office on the horizon, building on the strong foundations established by the success our Melbourne office has achieved over the past two years.

Clare will work closely with the broader team to continually improve client outcomes through stronger operational rigour, refined processes, and the considered adoption of AI and data-driven tools to enhance speed, quality and consistency.

We are delighted to welcome Clare to Allura Partners and look forward to the impact she will have as we continue to grow alongside our clients.
