Allura Partners Leads Executive General Manager Search for Arrowes Roading Safety

We were recently engaged by Arrowes Roading Safety, a fast-growing, founder-led Australian business focused on improving safety outcomes in the road construction industry, to appoint their new Executive General Manager.

With a strong foundation in place, Arrowes is entering a critical phase of growth. The founders recognised the need to bring in a senior leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses, someone who could implement frameworks, drive commercial and operational strategy, and elevate brand visibility while remaining hands-on and closely connected to both clients and teams.

The search was led by James Curtis, Principal at Allura Partners, with research support from Angela Borbe, Senior Research Associate. Working closely with the Arrowes founding team, we sought a leader with high EQ, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to both execute and inspire.

We're delighted to share that Nathan Psaila has been appointed to the role. Nathan brings extensive experience leading businesses in complex, high-growth environments across the construction and civil sectors. He is recognised for his strong client relationships, people-first leadership approach, and ability to build high-performing teams.

We've known Nathan for some time and have consistently been impressed by his ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. He brings a clear vision for how Arrowes can scale while remaining true to its mission of safety and community impact. And will play a key role in driving growth, establishing scalable processes, and expanding Arrowes' reach both locally and internationally.

We're proud to have supported this appointment and look forward to seeing Arrowes' continued success under Nathan's leadership.
