Leanne is an experienced Principal at Allura Partners, specialising in executive appointments within People and Culture for our private equity clients and their portfolio companies across Australia and New Zealand. Leanne delivers solutions for all types of PE deals, from small high-growth founder-led businesses seeking their first HR exec to billion-dollar corporate carve-outs seeking a CPO.

Leanne’s portfolio extends to established ASX-listed and privately owned organisation, appointing Chief People and Human Resources Directors, Heads of People and Culture, and General Manager positions. Her track record spans rapidly growing founder-led technology disruptors, to managing large, multi-site distributed workforces in the finance, health, consumer, and B2B sectors.

Interests:

In her free time, Leanne loves to travel. Whether it be enjoying the ocean on a beautiful beach or the adrenaline rush of snowboarding in the mountains, she will be at her happiest with her family and friends.
