His career has taken him from co-founding and leading a recruitment business in Singapore, delivering Executive Search and recruitment solutions across the APAC region, to building out a global talent acquisition function client-side in Sydney, before returning to agency life in a boutique technology recruitment firm.

At Allura Partners, Ben specialises in placing senior architects and building high-performing software engineering teams.
