Chris, Principal Consultant at Allura Partners, has over 19 years of experience in recruitment, having started his career in the UK within the London market. He brings more than 14 years’ experience in Australia, with the last 12 years focused on the ERP market across Australia and international regions.

His achievements include placing entire teams across large-scale ERP implementations, including end-to-end SAP Change and Training teams, as well as Salesforce implementation teams comprising Project Managers, Business Analysts, Process Analysts, Test Leads, and Change Managers.

Chris has extensive experience partnering with organisations implementing or upgrading ERP technologies, including Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, ServiceNow, and others. He has also successfully placed candidates internationally, including appointing a Change Lead in Hong Kong for one of the region’s largest utilities providers during a complex Oracle implementation.
