She partners closely with leaders to support informed, practical decision-making and thrives in fast-paced, complex environments, working across functions to deliver outcomes that matter for both people and profit.

A Chartered Accountant, Clare has held senior finance and operations roles across professional services, including at EY, Pollination, and as COO of Fiftyfive5 during a period of strong growth and its successful sale to Accenture. She is passionate about people and culture, focused on building inclusive teams, and brings a strong interest in data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and budgeting as key drivers of sustainable, long-term growth.

With a strong focus on execution, risk management, and continuous improvement, Clare is committed to enhancing client outcomes and supporting Allura Partners as it grows alongside its private equity and high-growth clients.
