With 11 years’ experience spanning recruitment and IT sales, Conor has worked across Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand, bringing a global perspective to the market.

Having spent over six and a half years recruiting across Australia and New Zealand, Conor partners with organisations ranging from rapid-growth start-ups to established enterprises, helping them build high-performing product and design teams that support innovation, growth, and digital transformation initiatives.

Conor loves sports, having played Gaelic at the highest level in Ireland and continuing to play football here in Australia. He is a travel enthusiast who has visited over 20 countries.
