About:

Damien is an experienced Principal Consultant at Allura Partners, specialising in the recruitment of high-calibre transformation and strategy professionals across Australia, with a particular focus on project and program delivery. He has extensive experience supporting the build-out of M&A and divestment programs across organisations ranging from small to large-scale businesses. He partners with clients ranging from high-growth private equity portfolio companies to major ASX-listed organisations, helping them build the leadership and delivery capability required to execute complex change initiatives.

With a background in Business Analysis and as a certified Scrum Master, Damien brings a practical, hands-on understanding of how transformation programs operate. Interests:

Outside of work, Damien is passionate about staying active, participating in sport, and engaging with the community. He regularly attends business networking meetups here in Sydney and is also keen to connect with people. He is an avid runner and has completed six marathons so far and Gaelic football has played a central role in his life, having played for most of his life both in Ireland and Australia. He previously served as Chairperson of a local club in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs (Young Ireland GAA) and now coaches the women’s football team. He also regularly attends WNOW — a men’s mental health movement that meets on Wednesday mornings at 6am, even in winter (which is still warmer than an Irish summer).
