She works closely with clients to deliver high-quality, values-aligned leadership outcomes, grounded in extensive research, candidate engagement and a people-centred approach.

With almost eight years' recruitment experience, Sarah brings expertise in executive search, candidate care and compliance. She takes pride in creating a positive experience for candidates and clients alike, while delivering leadership outcomes that support meaningful, long-term impact.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business and Management from Maynooth University, Ireland.
