Allura Partners Appoints Krushal Shah as Chief Information Officer at ASX-listed Boom Logistics
Allura Partners is pleased to announce the successful placement of Krushal Shah as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Boom Logistics. Krushal will lead the company's technology transformation, modernising systems and elevating IT from a support function to a strategic driver of business value.
The client sought a hands-on CIO to navigate a complex, under-digitised business environment, modernise legacy systems, and implement a Microsoft-based digital strategy, including CRM and ERP platforms. They required a technology leader who could drive both systems modernisation and cultural change within IT.
The executive search was led by Jake Rose, Associate Director, in collaboration with Jenny Yang, Engagement Manager at Allura Partners.
Krushal brings deep experience in digital and business transformation, including leading a major ERP rollout across multiple business units and integrating cybersecurity into enterprise risk frameworks. He has consolidated multiple unintegrated systems into a unified ERP platform, repositioning IT from a support function to a strategic partner, and delivering significant annual efficiencies.
"Working closely with Ben Pieyre and James Scott at Boom Logistics throughout this search gave us deep insight into the company's culture and ambitions," said Jake Rose, "Krushal stood out as a leader who not only brings the technical expertise and hands-on experience required, but also the vision and collaborative approach needed to drive meaningful change across the organisation."
In his new role, Krushal will drive IT strategy, execution, and cultural transformation, leading major system integrations and ensuring IT becomes a core business enabler.
