Rick, Principal at Allura Partners, has thirteen years of industry expertise, including six years of hands-on experience in the
accounting and finance sector.

Rick began his career as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. He then ventured into private equity, gaining invaluable experience
at both the fund level and within portfolio companies globally. For the past six years, Rick has successfully placed Chief Financial Officers and their direct reports across ASX-listed, private equity and privately owned companies operating in property and infrastructure, technology and retail sectors.

Rick’s passion lies in empowering individuals to advance in their careers, particularly in the dynamic realm of private equity. With integrity and authenticity, he has become a trusted recruitment partner for many aspiring leaders.

Interests:

Outside of work, Rick enjoys spending quality time with his family, catching up on soccer matches (go Arsenal!), and hitting the waves for a surf.
